We require full payment before the dispatch of goods. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the website.

  • Delivery Scope: We currently only support delivery within Australia. We do not ship to other countries.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on orders totaling AUD 100 or more. For orders totaling less than AUD 100, a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99 will be charged.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Shipping Duration: Delivery times typically fluctuate between 7 to 15 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Conditions: Orders may be cancelled directly if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order and the items have not yet been shipped. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics delivery to be completed and then contact us to arrange a return and refund.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

  • Arrival Time: Once the cancellation meets the conditions, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment. Regarding arrival time: depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days.
