Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Cosyvero (hereinafter referred to as "we"). We are dedicated to providing high-quality living room sofas and bar furniture through our online store. Please review the following policy regarding order cancellations.

Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation eligibility is determined by the status of your order and the timeframe:

  • Within 48 Hours (Unshipped): If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order and the items have not yet been shipped, the order can be directly cancelled without penalty.

  • Over 48 Hours or Shipped: If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been dispatched (regardless of the timeframe), we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items, and then contact us to arrange a return and refund. Order Cancellation Process
If your order meets the cancellation criteria mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Information: In your request, please include your Order Number and valid Proof of Payment so we can locate your record quickly.

  • Processing: Our customer service team will review your application immediately. Once approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange the refund procedures as soon as possible.

Refund Instructions
Upon confirmation of a successful cancellation or after a returned item has been verified (in cases where cancellation was not possible):

  • Method: The refund will be issued directly to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) account used for the payment.

  • Timeline: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Overdue: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modifications
Please note that requests to change the shipping address or modify item quantities are subject to the same rules as cancellations. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the details. You would need to follow the standard return procedure after receipt.

Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order on our end under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of stock.

  • Inability to process payment or verification failure.

  • Identification of errors in product information.
